1. Bearing clearance should be appropriate, too large will cause shock; too small will cause poor lubrication and may burn tiles.

2. Should strictly ensure the surface quality and geometry of bearings and journals.

3. Improve the quality of lubrication, control the pressure, temperature and flow of oil, and strengthen the oil filtration.

4. Use qualified fuel and lubricating oil.

Open the bearing package before mounting. General grease lubrication, no cleaning, direct filling of grease. Lubricants generally do not need to be cleaned. Bearings with the rust inhibitor removed are prone to rusting and should not be left unattended. In addition, bearings sealed with grease should be used directly without cleaning.

The method of mounting bearings varies according to the bearing structure, fit and conditions. Generally, due to the rotation of the shaft, the inner ring needs an interference fit.

When mounted to the housing, there is usually a lot of clearance fit and interference in the outer ring. The fit is usually pressed in with a press, or there is also a cooled down and cold shrink fit. Dry ice is used as a coolant, and when mounting with cold shrinkage, moisture in the air condenses on the bearing surface. Therefore, appropriate anti-rust measures need to be taken.
